Okay, it’s time to show you the second bike for 2020 provided by my German friends from Canyon. As you might have noticed on the SNOBICI instagram account, I, Stan, a.k.a. SNOBICI will be riding Canyon bikes for 2020 and hopefuly beyond. For the gravel adventures Canyon sent me the Grail CF SL 8.0 Etap with Sram latest AXS Force etap groupset. The wheels on the bike, you see in the pictures, are not the standard wheels that came with the bike. FFWD wheels was so nice to sent me a set of F3D wheels, normally the prefect set for in the mountains but also great for gravelgrinding. The wider rims with tubeless compatibility in combination with the disc brakes make these wheels a perfect choice for gravel use. Go up to 40mm wide tires, insert sealant, inflate and your ready to go.

The color of the bike is named cloud grey, in my opinion a beautiful timeless color. The grey looks more like a warm grey, a type of grey you see a lot in vintage luxury cars, like from Aston Martin back in the days. In combination with the Schwalbe Skinwall tires a really nice touch. Enough talking, time to get dirty!
