Canyon Aeroad CFR Disc Di2

As an official Canyon ambassador and professional photographer I was asked by Canyon to photograph their latest bike, the Aeroad, for some of their social media outings. As the Dutch service centre is located in Eindhoven, I opted to try to find two unique locations near by. Luckily we, Niels (Canyon marketing manager NL) and I, were able to find these locations thanks to the help of family and friends. We now gained access to two of Eindhoven’s most iconic buildings.
Special thanks to: Canyon, Happy Horizon, Mariënhage

After months of teasing in Zwift adverts and sponsored riders from the pro peloton, the new 2021 Canyon Aeroad has finally been officially released. With more than four years of development behind it, Canyon has boldly claimed the new Aeroad to be the “fastest race bike on the market”.
We arranged two locations for the shoot. The first location, named the Blob, is an architectural location with strong lines to emphasize the smooth lines and shape of that ‘fast’ bike. The second location, the Mariënhage, is a modern hotel what used to be an old church. We chose this location so we could try something totally different when photographing the bike, now we could work more towards the colours of the bike and try to highlight the beauty of the Aeroad. Both locations worked out really well. Have a look at both sets and enjoy the shots of the new Aeroad.
